MOUNT UPDATE: The Mount looks for a bounce-back win against Bryant on Saturday afternoon at Knott Arena. Sydney Henderson, the Northeast Conference's fifth-leading scorer with 18.1 points per game, leads the NEC with 36.67 minutes played per game. In six league games, four Mount players average 9.5 points or better in Henderson (16.3 ppg), Jacqueline Brewer (15.3 ppg), Kayla Grossett (9.7 ppg) and Jessie Kaufman (9.5 ppg).

LAST TIME OUT: Four Mount players scored in double figures, but it was not enough in an 81-66 road loss at Saint Francis U on Monday.  The Mount took care of the ball with just 11 turnovers against the Red Flash's full court pressure, but shot 19.2 percent (5-of-26) from beyond the arc on the night. Jessie Kaufman led the Mount with 17 points in the loss. Saint Francis used double-doubles from Alli Williams (25 points, 10 rebounds) and Rebecca Keegan (12 points, 11 rebounds) to pull away late.

ABOUT BRYANT: Bryant features a balanced attack with four players averaging double-figure points. A Second Team All-NEC selection from a year ago, Naana Ankoma-Mensa scores 13.0 points per game and ranks second in the conference with 10.0 rebounds per game. Following a 2-6 start to the season, the Bulldogs have won eight of their last nine games, including three in a row entering Saturday's matchup.

LAST SEASON VS. BRYANT: Both teams won on each other's home courts last season in the two meetings. Then-senior Selina Mann scored the game-winning basket for the Mount in an 86-84 overtime thriller on the road. Less than a month later, the Bulldogs answered with a 69-62 win at Knott Arena despite 25 points from Jacqueline Brewer and 21 from Sydney Henderson.

ALL-TIME SERIES VS. BRYANT: The Mount holds a 5-2 lead versus Bryant in the all-time series, which dates back to 2009. The Mount is 3-1 at home versus the Bulldogs.

ELITE COMPANY: Sydney Henderson is six rebounds shy of joining Kim Rhock ('86-90) and Margaret Diaz ('79-82) as the only players in Mount history with 1,250 points, 500 rebounds and 200 assists.

MAGIC NUMBER ON DEFENSE: The Mount is 8-3 when holding opponents to 79 points or fewer this season. In games when opponents reach 80 or more points, the Mount is 0-7 on the year.

UP NEXT: The Mount heads to New Britain, Conn. to take on Central Connecticut State on Monday, Jan. 27, at 7 p.m.
