Doug White serves as the Associate AD for Operations, overseeing day-to-day operations and staff for all 24 of the Mount's varsity programs. This also includes supervising schedules and practices for Knott Arena, Waldron Family Stadium, E.T. Straw Family Stadium, and Our Lady of the Meadows Field, among others. In addition, White oversees all purchasing of equipment, uniforms and practice gear for the department.Â
White began working in the Mount's athletic department as assistant equipment manager in 1977, elevated to a full-time role in 1983 upon receiving his bachelor's degree. He went on to earn an MBA from the Mount in 1997. In 2006, he received a promotion to Assistant AD, and was named Associate AD in 2019.Â
