AS A JUNIOR:  A sprinter, ran the200m dash during the indoor season, posting season-best times atthe Navy Invitational and the NEC Championships...Outdoors, ran the100m and 200m dash.

AS A SOPHOMORE:  Ran the 55m and 60m dashindoors...Had best time in the 55m at the Navy Lid Lifter and 60mdash at George Mason...Outdoors, ran the 100m and 200mdash...Had best time in 200 at VCU Ram Invitational and best100m time at the Mount's Centennial TrackMeet. 

AS A FRESHMAN:  Outdoors, ran the 100m and200m dash, participating in both events at the NEC OutdoorChampionships...Indoors, ran both the 55m and 60m dash...Had best60m dash time at the NEC Championships. 

PERSONAL  Parents are William and CeliaSterling...Has two brothers, Kevin and Bryant...Born Sept. 12,1987...Majoring in Accounting.
