Men's Tennis Falls Short Against Delaware, 3-2 on Sunday

Newark, Del. (March 24, 2013)-- The Mount St. Mary's men's tennis team fell to Delaware on Sunday night, 3-2. The match was shortened due to the limited number of courts available for play that day.

In the lone doubles match, the tandem of Taylor Place and Mike Zabetakis lost 6-1, 6-2 to the team of Nolan Gelman and Evan Andrews.

The Mount received their only points from Mike Salomon at the No. 3 spot and freshman Austin Blake at the No. 4 spot. Salomon needed three sets to knock off Mike Furr; 3-6, 6-0, 10-2.
