MOUNT UPDATE
The Mountaineers return home after a three game series at, NEC rival, LIU Brooklyn where the Mount took the first game but the Blackbirds won the last two games. The Mount St. Mary's against Towson on Wednesday was cancelled due to the rain we received. Patrick CausaDennis Stewart, and Alex Kriss each had multi-hit games while driving in three of the seven runs batted in but Mount St. Mary's dropped series finale 12-8 at LIU Brooklyn on Sunday afternoon.

ABOUT THE PIONEERS
The Sacred Heart baseball team battled back in the nightcap to earn a split with Wagner College in a doubleheader at the Ballpark at Harbor Yard on Sunday. The Sacred Heart game at Fairfield on Tuesday, April 25 was cancelled due to rain. The Seahawks (12-19, 4-6) took game one 4-3 on a run in the final inning before the Pioneers (13-25, 6-6) rallied from a four-run deficit to win game two 6-4.

ALL-TIME SERIES
The Mountaineers sit at 18-36 in the all-time series with Sacred Heart. The Pioneers swept the Mount last season in a four game series at Sacred Heart but two seasons ago the Mountaineers took two of the three games.
