Justine Miller has served on the administrative staff for Mount St. Mary's athletics since 2017, being named Deputy Athletic Director/SWA in 2024.
A 2013 graduate of the Mount with a 2015 Master's to follow, Miller serves as the school's Senior Woman Administrator and oversees internal operations within the Athletics Department. She is the sport supervisor for eight of our NCAA Sports along with Men’s Rugby. In addition to those duties she serves as the department's Title IX Coordinator and works closely with SAAC (Student-Athlete Advisory Committee).
Miller serves under various committees at the Mount, including the President’s Extended Cabinet, Mount Council, Orientation, Retention and Academic At Risk, and the Athletic Advisory Committee. In the MAAC, Miller serves on the Sport Management Committee and is the MAAC Baseball Chair.
Before joining the administrative team, she worked under then-men's basketball coach Jamion Christian as the Coordinator of Basketball Operations. In this capacity, she managed travel logistics and itineraries, academic support, budgets, and community service for the team. Serving in the role from 2014-17, Miller was on staff for the 2017 Northeast Conference Championship and NCAA Tournament appearance.
Miller earned her bachelor's degree in both Sport Management and Business and her Master's in Business Administration.
