Mount St. Mary's Cross Country Teams Headed to Gettysburg Invitational on Saturday

COURSE MAP | RESULTS (to be Posted After Race)

The Mount St. Mary's University cross country teams return to action at the 28th annual Gettysburg Invitational on Saturday.  The men will be running an eight-kilometer course while the women will be running six kilometers.  The meet begins at 10:30 a.m with the men's race with the women's race to start at 11:30 a.m.

The Mount is coming off a strong performance at the Paul Short run on September 29.  Nicolas Fransham finished in sixth place out of 132 Division I runners to help lead the Mount to a sixth-place finish in the Brown Race.  Chris Evans finished 21st overall for the Mount as well.  For the women, Ashleigh Kocher finished 49th in the field of 128 Division I runners with teammate Clarke Hooper right behind in 50th place.
