McKenzie Doyle Named Northeast Conference Rookie of the Week

Mount St. Mary's freshman McKenzie Doyle (Chambersburg, Pa./Chambersburg) has been named the Northeast Conference Women's Cross Country Rookie of the Week.

Doyle was the Mount's top finisher at the season-opening Mount St. Mary's 5K Duals last Friday on campus.  The freshman finished the 5-kilometer course in a time of 19:33.14 to finish 17th overall at the meet, helping lead the Mount to a fifth-place finish.

Mount St. Mary's returns to action on Saturday, September 17, at the Monmouth Invitational.
