AS A JUNIOR:  Earned All-Northeast Conference honors in cross country...Finished in fourth-place overall at the NEC's, helping the Mount to a second-place finish at the meet...A two-time NEC Cross Country Player of the Week.

AS A SOPHOMORE:  Finished 23rd at the NEC Cross Country Championships...Placed third overall at the MSM 5K Duals to earn NEC Player of the Week honors...Indoors, finished sixth at the NEC Championships in the 3000m run (8:52.53) and seventh in the 5000m run (15:33.25)...Outdoors, had season-best marks in the 1500m and 5000m at the Wake Forest Open.

AS A FRESHMAN:  Finished 24^th at the NEC Cross Country Championships to help lead the Mount to a third-place finish...Outdoors, ran the 3000m at the Fred Hardy Invitational and the 5000m at the Mason Spring Classic...Indoors, finished eighth in the NEC in the 3000m run, posting best time of the season there. 

HIGH SCHOOL:  Member of state champion Cross Country team at Linganore High School...Finished second in the state meet in the 1600m and the 3200m...Named First Teaem All-Met and Runner of the Year in the county.

PERSONAL:  Born November 30, 1987...Has three siblings, Sam, Logan and Sydney...Parents are Cathy and Dan Ryan...Majoring in sports management.
