Mount St. Mary's Women's Tennis Clipped By Grand Valley State

Orlando, Fla. (March 7,2017) - Mount St. Mary's women's tennis team clipped by Grand Valley State 5-2 on Tuesday morning.

In singles action, Alexa Quintanilla defeated Madison Ballard in the first flight giving Mount the early lead. Grand Valley topped the Mountaineers in the next three singles flights but not before Sruthi Kamprath picked up a win in the second set to force a tie-breaker set. Hannah Davis won the fifth set for Mount but Grand Valley State won the final set to take control of the match.

GVS swept in doubles competition winning all three flights to take the match victory.
