Women's Tennis Looks to Avenge Last Years Loss Against the Patriots

About the Patriots: George Mason comes into Friday's match after coming off a 4-3 loss to Hofstra on March 4. The Patriots swept the doubles matches to earn the doubles point. They would go on to lose four of the six singles matches, losing the match.

Last Time We Met: The Patriots earned a 6-1 victory over the Mount in Fairfax, Va. Sophomore Samantha Pinchoff earned the only Mount point, with a 6-2, 6-3 win at the No. 3 singles spot.

All-Time Series: George Mason holds a 13-7 advantage over the Mount. The Patriots have won the past three matches, with the last Mount win coming in 2007. They earned a 4-1 victory. The Mount won the very first match back in 1988, winning 6-3 at home.

Up Next: The Mount will host Bucknell on March 31, to finish the match that was postponed due to rain on Tuesday. The match will start at 10:00 AM and will start where it left off with singles matches.
