Julian Woods Finishes Fifth in 400m Hurdles at Penn Relays

April 28, 2017—Mount St. Mary's University senior Julian Woods finished in fifth place in the 400m hurdles on Friday at the Penn Relays.   Woods also competed in the 110m hurdles as well.

Woods posted a time of 51.72 seconds to win his heat and finish fifth overall in the 400m hurdles. His time is just 0.12 seconds of his personal best set at the 2014 IC4A Championships. 

Woods finished 18th in the 110m high hurdles with a time of 14.75 seconds.  The Mount's 4x100m relay team of Keiko Martin, Justin Kimble, Andrew Lapreziosa and Oda Assimaidou finished 48th out of the field of 75 schools, posting a time of 42.75 seconds.

The meet concludes Saturday.
