Women's Swimming Named A 2010 CSCAA All-Academic Team
EMMITSBURG, Md. - The Mount St. Mary's University women's swimming team has been named a 2010 College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) All-Academic team.
The CSCAA recognized 132 Division I women's swimming programs that accumulated a grade-point average of 3.0 or better in the spring semester. The Mount posted a 3.06 grade-point average for the spring semester.
Senior Maggie O'Connell Dubois (Hagerstown, Md.) finished her academic career with a 3.9923 grade-point average and was named the Northeast Conference (NEC) Women's Scholar-Athlete of the Year earlier this month.
The women's swimming team finished 8-3 in its dual meets and finished sixth at the NEC Swimming And Diving Championships in 2009-10.
