Anna Nagro is in her third season at the Mount in 2013. In her second season at the helm in 2012, she guided the Mount to eight Northeast Conference wins, which is tied for the third-most in school history. 

Nagro became the first coach in program history to register a win in her Mount coaching debut after defeating George Mason 2-1 on March 2, 2011. 

While at the Mount, Nagro has coached one All-NEC First Team selection, two All-NEC second teamers, one NEC Player of the Week and one NEC Pitcher of the Week 

Through two seasons, Nagro has compiled a 32-65 record, including a 13-27 mark in NEC play. The Mount finished 15-31 overall and 5-15 in NEC play in her first season, and 17-34 overall record and 8-12 in the NEC in 2012. 

Nagro came the Mount from D'Youville College, a Division III program in Buffalo, N.Y.  In three seasons with the Spartans, Nagro led the team to 42 victories. She took over a team that was coming off a 5-21 season in 2007 and guided the team to a 15-22 overall mark and 11-7 in conference for a 10-game improvement in her first season. D'Youville then went 17-17 overall and 13-3 in league play in her second season and the squad's final year in the Northeastern Athletic Conference.

In 2010, Nagro led D'Youville in its first season in the Alleghany Mountain Collegiate Conference, ending the year on a four-game winning streak. In addition to her coaching duties, Nagro served as Assistant Director of Athletics and Senior Women's Administrator for the 2009-10 academic year.

Prior to joining D'Youville, Nagro worked as an instructor for high school players at clinics at St. Bonaventure and also worked at Sports Performance Park.

Nagro was a four-year letterwinner at St. Bonaventure, where she was the Bonnies starting catcher for four seasons. She ranked ninth in program history in career at-bats (422) and fifth in doubles (23) while notching the ninth most doubles in a single-season with nine two baggers in 2006. The Buffalo, N.Y., native, posted 86 hits, 35 runs scored, 23 doubles, two triples, eight home runs and 64 RBIs in her career.

Nagro earned her bachelor's degree for physical education from St. Bonaventure and completed her master's degree in sports administration from Canisius College.

Christine Keleher begins her third season at the Mount as an assistant softball coach for the 2013 season. 

Keleher joins her former battery mate first-year softball head coach Anna Nagro. One of the best pitchers to don a Bonnies' uniform, Keleher is the program's all-time leader in wins (46) and shutouts (10) while ranking second in appearances (91), starts (79), complete games (73), strikeouts (384) and innings pitched (576.2). She also holds the single-season program record for wins in a season with 18 in 2006 and was the first player in program history to post two double-digit win seasons in program history.

A 2007 graduate of St. Bonaventure, Keleher earned her master's degree from the University of Buffalo in 2010.

Courtney Zingle is back for her second season as an assistant softball coach for her alma mater in 2013. The 2011 graduate began coaching at the Mount in 2012 following a four-year playing career. Zingle ranks in the Top-10 in program history in games played (190), at bats (571), runs scored (88), hits (165), runs batted in (88), doubles (27), home runs (10) and total bases (222).
