Mount St. Mary’s Men’s Lacrosse Team Raises Donations for Johns Hopkins Pediatric Oncology Unit

Emmitsburg, Md. (December 11, 2015) – The Mount St. Mary's University men's lacrosse team recently held its second annual Mount Dating Game, based off the hit 70's television show "The Dating Game," with proceeds from the event benefitting the Johns Hopkins Pediatric Oncology Unit in Baltimore. The team matched last year's total, helping raise $1,000 in donations at the event once again.

The Pediatric Oncology Program at the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Center, which is one of the leading cancer centers in the country, focuses on the research and treatment of childhood cancers. The Johns Hopkins Pediatric Oncology unit continues to be at the forefront of developing new treatments and designing clinical trials as part of its dedication to making new discoveries to help improve the lives of children with cancer.
