Mount St. Mary's returns to action on Sunday night at Navy.  This is the fifth consecutive season the two teams have met and the Midshipmen hold an 8-6 lead in the series that began in 1919.

The Mount is coming off an 85-56 loss at Minnesota on Monday.  Danny Thompson scored the Mount's first 10 points in the game and finished with team highs of 14 points and seven boards.  Freshman walk-on Kelvin Parker added a season-high 13 points in his first collegiate start.

Minnesota raced to a 25-4 lead over the first 10 minutes to earn the victory.  Trailing 51-18 at the half, the Mount outscored the Golden Gophers, 38-34, in the second half, hitting 50.0 percent from the field, 50.0 percent from three-point range and 90.0 percent at the charity stripe.

Thompson is averaging double-double this season at 10.8 points and 10.3 rebounds.  Thompson is second in the Northeast Conference in rebounds, having posting double figures in boards in three of the four games this season.

Redshirt sophomore forward Kristijan Krajina made his season debut at Minnesota for the Mountaineers, posting four points and four rebounds in 22 minutes of action.  Krajina missed the first three games of the season due to a suspension for a violation of team rules.

Navy lost at Albany, 69-62, on Friday night to fall to 2-4 on the season.  Jordan Sugars led the way with 14 points while J.J. Avila and Donya Jackson each had 12 in the loss.  Avila leads the Midshipmen with 12.2 points and 6.5 rebounds per game.  Sugars is the only other player in double figures at 11.7 points per game.  Navy is 1-1 at home this year with a 59-57 loss to Tulane and an 88-54 win over Penn State-Altoona.

Mount St. Mary's returns home to open Northeast Conference play against St. Francis (N.Y.) on Thursday, December 1, at 7:00 p.m. at Knott Arena.
